INVITATION TO TENDER: IMPROVING WATER SUPPLY SYSMTEM IN BULA-GADUD FARM IN KISMAYO – JUBALAND, SOMALIA.

ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing an early recovery project in Kismayo to support populations affected by climate shocks. The intervention focuses on restoring livelihoods and strengthening community resilience among drought-affected internally displaced persons (IDPs) and vulnerable host communities through nutrition-sensitive early recovery activities. In reference to this, ALIGHT invites tenders from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ. 

Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title. 

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).

1. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:

• A duly completed and signed priced quotation in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

 

Copies of current, valid licenses/registrations issued by the Federal Government of Somalia/ the relevant State/Member 

• State authorities. 
• Current tax compliance certificates from federal / state levels. 
• An updated financial bank statement covering the last six (6) months. 
• Submit details of at least three (3) successfully completed contracts for rehabilitation of water system facilities, including for each: client name, contract value, start and completion dates, and a contact reference (name, title, organization, email, and phone).

  1. Tender will be opened immediately in the presence of procurement committee 
  2. Selected Vendor will notify through email after completion of paperwork 
  3. Selected vendor will receive his/her service amount after 100% completion of contract
